Louis Van Gaal finding hard to get Support from Young Players

Louis Van Gaal is not understood to have too much of support from the younger section of the players at Manchester United

Most of the younger players have the opinion that the style of coaching offered by Van Gaal is not modern and also, he very rarely looks to communicate with them which makes them feel unrelated to him.

The favourite of the youngsters at the moment is the club’s former player Ryan Giggs as he is the one who often have conversations with them and support them to the fullest.

Giggs is in the Red Devils management team already, but, his role is only of an assistant which, many believe, is not the suitable role for him and he should have been promoted to the manager’s post by now after the team’s not so quick rise under Van Gaal.

The United youngsters also share the same view as they reckon there would be more of a chance of them playing first team Football if Giggs takes charge rather than anyone else.

They are not in support of Jose Mourinho replacing Van Gaal either as having talked to some of their counterparts in the Chelsea camp, they know that the Portuguese’s approach towards the youngsters would not be hugely different and they would be mere bench warmers in his rein too.

A source, which has a fair idea of the developments at Old Trafford, was quoted as saying, “You can’t expect any change in the position of the youngsters with Jose joining in and they all know that as they have spoken to the Chelsea boys who were under Jose when he was there. So, there is not much of enthusiasm regarding him.”

Mourinho’s name has been up there as the probable Van Gaal successor for quite some time, but, nothing in that regard has come off any trusted Manchester United source yet.
